The AI Store Assistant Chatbot for WooCommerce turns your storefront into a 24/7 conversational sales and support channel without bolting on a generic third-party widget that knows nothing about your inventory. ECOSIRE builds this as a custom WordPress plugin installed directly on your site, where it indexes your live WooCommerce data through the WooCommerce REST API and internal wc_get_products() calls — products, variations, stock status, prices, categories, and attributes — plus the store policy pages you nominate (shipping, returns, warranty).
Answers are produced with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): the bot retrieves the relevant catalog and policy chunks first, then the language model answers strictly from that grounded context, so it recommends real SKUs and quotes your return window — not hallucinated nonsense. When a shopper is ready, the assistant can add the matching product (or variation) to the WooCommerce cart via session-aware AJAX and hand off to your normal checkout.
It handles order-status lookups (matched against order number and email, HPOS / custom order tables compatible), repetitive FAQs, and auto-detects the shopper's language to reply in kind. When a question falls outside its grounded knowledge or a customer asks for a human, it performs a clean escalation handover — emailing your support inbox or creating a ticket — instead of guessing.

How long until the chatbot is live on my store, and what's the delivery process?
This is build-to-order, not an instant download. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your catalog size, policies, theme, and WooCommerce/WordPress versions, then builds and installs the plugin on your staging site first. Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days depending on catalog complexity, custom escalation needs, and your review turnaround. We index your content, tune the guardrails and tone with you, and only then push to production.
What happens after launch — do I get ongoing support and updates?
Yes. The build fee includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration adjustments. Because the plugin is installed on your own site and tracks the WooCommerce REST API, HPOS, and WordPress hook conventions, ECOSIRE offers optional maintenance for WooCommerce/WP version compatibility, re-indexing tuning, and new features (extra languages, deeper recommendation logic). Does it work with my LLM provider and is the AI cost included in the price?
The 149 USD is a one-time build, install, and configuration fee. The assistant calls an LLM API (such as an OpenAI or Anthropic compatible endpoint) using an API key you provide, or a managed plan we set up — those model usage costs are separate and discussed during scoping. The plugin stores the key securely in WordPress options and lets you swap providers later from wp-admin.
Is it compatible with HPOS, multilingual sites, and my existing theme?
Yes. Order lookups are built against both HPOS (custom order tables) and legacy post-based orders. Language is auto-detected, and the bot integrates with WPML/Polylang string contexts where those are present. The chat widget is enqueued through wp_enqueue_script/style and styled to match your theme, with no external iframe — so it stays consistent with your storefront and survives theme updates.
