The WooCommerce 3PL & Fulfillment Connector is a custom-built plugin that turns your WooCommerce store into the control plane for outsourced fulfillment. When an order reaches a payment-complete state (woocommerce_order_status_processing or your configured trigger), the plugin evaluates your per-warehouse routing rules and pushes the order to the correct provider — ShipBob, ShipHero, Red Stag, or another 3PL/WMS endpoint — over that provider's REST API, with a SKU mapping layer that translates WooCommerce SKUs (and bundle/kit components) into the IDs each warehouse expects.
Automatic order push to multiple 3PL/WMS endpoints (ShipBob, ShipHero, Red Stag and others) on a configurable WooCommerce order-status trigger
Per-warehouse routing rules evaluated by destination region, product/SKU, weight, or stock location so each order goes to the right facility
SKU mapping layer that translates WooCommerce SKUs to each provider's item IDs, with explicit bundle/kit component expansion
Inventory level sync from every connected 3PL back into WooCommerce stock via the official product data store (HPOS-safe)
Tracking number and fulfillment-status write-back onto the order, auto-transition to Completed, and native WooCommerce customer email triggers
WP-Cron scheduled sync (or hardened server cron) for inventory and status polling, with configurable intervals
It runs bidirectionally. A scheduled WP-Cron job (or a hardened external cron we configure) pulls inventory levels from each 3PL and writes them back to WooCommerce stock via the product data store, so your storefront reflects real warehouse availability instead of guesswork. When a shipment is created, the connector receives tracking numbers and fulfillment status — via provider webhooks landing on a registered REST route, or polling — and writes them onto the order, marks it Completed, and fires WooCommerce's native customer-notification emails.
This is built, installed and supported by ECOSIRE on your own WordPress site — not an instant marketplace download. We map your specific SKUs, warehouses and provider credentials, install on staging first, and hand over a tested plugin. It's engineered for High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS / custom order tables), stores 3PL state in dedicated order meta, exposes its own wp-admin settings screen, and writes to a structured log so every push, sync and write-back is auditable. WPML and WooCommerce multisite compatible. You own the code outright after a one-time build fee.
A growing direct-to-consumer brand that has moved fulfillment to ShipBob or ShipHero and needs orders to flow out and stock to flow back automatically, without anyone re-keying orders or watching for oversells.
An operations lead splitting fulfillment across two or more facilities who needs region- and SKU-based routing so each order lands at the closest or correct warehouse, with one accurate inventory view in WooCommerce.
A store selling kits, subscription boxes or component bundles that need to be expanded into the right warehouse line items, with tracking and status flowing back cleanly to the customer.

This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. After we confirm your 3PLs, SKUs and routing needs, a typical build is delivered in about 2 to 4 weeks depending on how many providers and warehouses are involved. We develop against your API credentials, install on a staging copy of your WordPress site first, run real test order pushes and a full inventory/tracking write-back cycle, then deploy to production once you sign off.
Every build includes a defined post-launch support window where we fix issues, adjust routing rules or SKU maps, and keep the plugin working across WooCommerce and WordPress core updates. Because you own the source code outright, you're never locked in. We also offer optional ongoing maintenance retainers to track 3PL API changes (ShipBob, ShipHero, Red Stag and others periodically version their APIs) and to add new providers or warehouses over time.
Any 3PL or WMS that exposes a REST API or webhooks — ShipBob, ShipHero and Red Stag are common targets, and we routinely add others. During scoping we confirm the provider's order-create, inventory and shipment endpoints. If a provider only offers CSV/SFTP or a closed portal with no API, we'll tell you honestly before any build begins.
Yes. It's built for WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) and also handles legacy post-based orders. It uses standard WooCommerce and WordPress hooks, actions and filters and stores its state in order meta, so it coexists with subscriptions, tax, and shipping plugins. It's also WPML and multisite compatible.
Pushes are idempotent with automatic retry and backoff, so a transient outage never double-ships or silently drops an order. Failed pushes are logged via WooCommerce's logging system and surfaced in the admin so your team can see and requeue them. Inventory and status polling resumes on the next WP-Cron run once the provider recovers.
Yes. We configure the SKU mapping layer so your WooCommerce SKUs translate to each warehouse's item IDs, and we expand bundles/kits into the correct component line items per provider during the build. You can adjust mappings later from the wp-admin settings screen without touching code.
