More complex routing, extra locales, or custom bot commands can add a few days, which we confirm in writing before we start.

Admin access to your WordPress site (or a staging clone), confirmation that WooCommerce is active, and the Telegram groups, channels, or topics you want alerts sent to. We handle the BotFather registration and bot token; you only need to add our bot to your groups and grant it permission to post. If you already have a bot, we can reuse its token.

Yes. The plugin is built HPOS-aware — it reads from WooCommerce's high-performance custom order tables as well as legacy post storage, and it hooks into stable WooCommerce actions (`woocommerce_order_status_changed`, `woocommerce_low_stock`, `woocommerce_order_refunded`) rather than fragile internals. Telegram delivery uses the documented Bot API. Routine WooCommerce and WordPress core updates won't break it, and our support window covers fixes if a future major release changes a hook.

Both. Your team gets internal alerts in a shared admin group with deep links into wp-admin, and customers who opt in receive their own order-status updates in Telegram, linked by a stored chat ID. We also generate a WhatsApp `wa.me` deep-link from the billing phone so support can reach any customer in one tap. Non-opted-in shoppers are never messaged.

Every build includes a defined post-launch support window (scoped at purchase) covering bug fixes, configuration tweaks, and compatibility patches for WooCommerce/WordPress updates. After that window, you can extend support or request changes on a retainer or per-task basis.
