Telegram Notifications & Bot for WooCommerce turns the Telegram group your fulfillment team already lives in into the real-time control surface for your store. The moment WooCommerce fires woocommerce_new_order or a status transitions through woocommerce_order_status_changed, the bot posts a formatted card — order number, line items, totals, billing name and a deep link straight to the wp-admin order edit screen — into the exact group, channel or topic you choose.

This is not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the plugin directly on your WordPress site: we register your bot with BotFather, wire the bot token and chat IDs, map each event to the right destination, and verify delivery end-to-end before handover. You get a working, hardened setup rather than a generic ZIP and a settings screen to fight with.

Under the hood the plugin hooks into WooCommerce actions and the Telegram Bot API over wp_remote_post, with retries queued through WP-Cron so a slow network never blocks checkout. It is HPOS-aware — it reads from WooCommerce's high-performance custom order tables (and the legacy post storage) so it keeps working after you enable the new order storage. Customer-facing updates ("your order is now Completed") are sent only to shoppers who opt in, and a WhatsApp deep-link (https://wa.me/...) is generated from the billing phone so support can reach a customer in one tap.

How long until it's live on my site, and what does the build involve?

Because this is a build-to-order plugin, ECOSIRE builds, installs, and configures it on your WordPress site rather than handing you an instant download. A standard setup — bot registration, token and chat-ID wiring, event routing, templates, and verified test delivery — typically takes about 5 business days from when you provide WordPress/WooCommerce access and your Telegram destinations. More complex routing, extra locales, or custom bot commands can add a few days, which we confirm in writing before we start.

What do I need to provide before you begin?

Admin access to your WordPress site (or a staging clone), confirmation that WooCommerce is active, and the Telegram groups, channels, or topics you want alerts sent to. We handle the BotFather registration and bot token; you only need to add our bot to your groups and grant it permission to post. If you already have a bot, we can reuse its token.

Will this keep working with WooCommerce HPOS and after WooCommerce updates?

Yes. The plugin is built HPOS-aware — it reads from WooCommerce's high-performance custom order tables as well as legacy post storage, and it hooks into stable WooCommerce actions (`woocommerce_order_status_changed`, `woocommerce_low_stock`, `woocommerce_order_refunded`) rather than fragile internals. Telegram delivery uses the documented Bot API. Routine WooCommerce and WordPress core updates won't break it, and our support window covers fixes if a future major release changes a hook.

Can customers get updates too, or is it admin-only?

Both. Your team gets internal alerts in a shared admin group with deep links into wp-admin, and customers who opt in receive their own order-status updates in Telegram, linked by a stored chat ID. We also generate a WhatsApp `wa.me` deep-link from the billing phone so support can reach any customer in one tap. Non-opted-in shoppers are never messaged.

What ongoing support and updates do I get after launch?

Every build includes a defined post-launch support window (scoped at purchase) covering bug fixes, configuration tweaks, and compatibility patches for WooCommerce/WordPress updates. After that window, you can extend support or request changes on a retainer or per-task basis. You own the installed plugin code, and we leave you full documentation so your team can adjust templates and routing themselves.
