We model your bins and shelves as a hierarchy beneath each Shopify Location, store bin assignments in metafields keyed to inventory items, and keep stock truth in sync through the Admin GraphQL API (inventoryAdjustQuantities, inventorySetQuantities) and inventory_levels webhooks. Your Shopify Admin remains the system of record — we never fork your stock count into a shadow database that drifts.
Operators work from a scanner-friendly interface installed as an embedded Polaris app (App Bridge, OAuth-authenticated).
