Shopify gives you multi-location inventory, but it stops at the location level — it has no concept of a bin, a shelf, or a putaway rule. The moment your pick team is hunting for stock or your counts drift, a spreadsheet stops scaling. Lightweight WMS for Shopify closes that gap with a real warehouse structure layered directly onto your existing Shopify locations.
This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store install. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs, and supports it for your specific warehouse layout and SKU profile. We model your bins and shelves as a hierarchy beneath each Shopify Location, store bin assignments in metafields keyed to inventory items, and keep stock truth in sync through the Admin GraphQL API (inventoryAdjustQuantities, inventorySetQuantities) and inventory_levels webhooks. Your Shopify Admin remains the system of record — we never fork your stock count into a shadow database that drifts.
Operators work from a scanner-friendly interface installed as an embedded Polaris app (App Bridge, OAuth-authenticated). Receiving against POs, putaway to bins, barcode-scanned movements, blind and directed cycle counts, and inter-warehouse transfers all flow through guided workflows. Discrepancies are logged with timestamp and user, so a count variance becomes an audit trail, not a mystery.
Because every warehouse is different, scope is set during a discovery call: bin schema, label format, scanner hardware, and which workflows matter to you. You get a clear lead time and a fixed one-time build price — no per-seat SaaS fee compounding as your team grows. You own the installed app.

Is this an app I can install instantly from the Shopify App Store?
No. Lightweight WMS for Shopify is build-to-order. ECOSIRE designs, builds, and installs it for your specific warehouse layout, SKU profile, and scanner hardware. The one-time price covers that custom build and installation on your store via OAuth.
How long does delivery take after I purchase?
We begin with a short discovery call to lock scope (bin schema, label format, hardware, priority workflows). Typical build and installation runs about one working week depending on complexity and how many workflows you need. You receive a firm lead time in writing before work starts.
Who supports and updates the app after it goes live?
ECOSIRE supports it. Every build includes a post-launch support window, and we maintain compatibility as Shopify evolves its Admin API and webhook versions. Enhancements and new workflows are handled through a documented change request path so updates are scoped and predictable.
Will my Shopify inventory counts stay accurate, or does this create a separate system?
Shopify Admin stays the system of record. We adjust stock through the Admin GraphQL API (inventoryAdjustQuantities / inventorySetQuantities) and stay in sync via inventory_levels webhooks. The WMS adds bin-level structure on top of your existing locations rather than forking your counts into a shadow database that drifts.
What scanner hardware and barcode formats do you support?
We configure the app to your existing setup. It works with dedicated warehouse scanners and with camera-equipped phones or tablets, and supports common formats like Code 128 and QR, or your current bin-label scheme. We confirm hardware compatibility during the discovery call.
