We begin with a short discovery call to lock scope (bin schema, label format, hardware, priority workflows). Typical build and installation runs about 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity and how many workflows you need. You receive a firm lead time in writing before work starts.
ECOSIRE supports it. Every build includes a post-launch support window, and we maintain compatibility as Shopify evolves its Admin API and webhook versions. Enhancements and new workflows are handled through a documented change request path so updates are scoped and predictable.
