No. This is a build-to-order integration. ECOSIRE builds it around your specific catalog, Trendyol seller account and fulfilment workflow, then installs it for you as a custom Shopify app. You are buying a delivered, working system rather than a generic self-serve connector.

A typical build is delivered in roughly 2 to 4 weeks, depending on catalog size, how many Trendyol categories and attributes need mapping, and any cross-border requirements (currency, VAT, multi-warehouse). After purchase we schedule a kickoff, confirm scope and Trendyol API access, and give you a firm timeline before the build starts.

Shopify admin access (or a collaborator account) to install the app, and your Trendyol Marketplace seller credentials — supplier ID and API key/secret from your Trendyol seller panel. If you sell cross-border, we will also confirm your currency, VAT and price-rounding rules during scoping.

Yes. ECOSIRE hosts and monitors the integration and maintains it against Trendyol API changes. Every build includes a defined post-launch support window, and ongoing maintenance is available so the sync keeps working as both Shopify and Trendyol evolve.

Stock and price changes are pushed in near real time using Shopify webhooks, with multi-location inventory respected so the correct warehouse quantity is reported to Trendyol. A scheduled reconciliation pass re-checks for any missed events, and you define conflict-resolution rules so the system knows which side wins when both change.

Yes. Mapping to Trendyol's category taxonomy and required attributes is part of the build, and the app validates required attributes and barcodes (GTIN/EAN) before publishing. Per-category commission is surfaced so you keep margin visibility, and rejected listings are logged with the reason so they can be corrected and retried.
