The app is built on Shopify's Subscription APIs — SubscriptionContract, SellingPlanGroup, and SubscriptionBillingAttempt — so recurring charges run natively through Shopify Payments and the Shopify checkout, with no third-party payment processor wedged in between. We register webhooks for subscription_contracts/update, subscription_billing_attempts/success and /failure, and orders/create to keep your store, portal, and notifications in lockstep.
Merchants get build-a-box and curated box flows (fixed-tier or customer-built from eligible products), tiered and prepaid plans with trials, and subscription bundling and upsells at checkout and inside the portal. Customers manage everything from a self-serve portal — skip a cycle, swap a flavor, pause, change cadence, update payment, or edit their next box — backed by SubscriptionContract mutations through the Admin GraphQL API.
Plan rules, box contents, and SKU eligibility are stored in metafields, and order line items carry box-composition data through to fulfillment and your 3PL. Inventory respects multi-location stock so a build-a-box never oversells.
You own the code and the data. We handle the OAuth-scoped install, configuration against your real products, and a clear delivery timeline. Pricing is a one-time build fee of $249; ongoing care plans are optional and quoted separately.

+How long does delivery take after I order?
A standard build is typically delivered in about 2 to 4 weeks depending on catalog complexity, box rules, and how custom your portal and theme integration need to be. After a short kickoff to confirm requirements, we give you a firm timeline and milestones. Highly custom build-a-box logic or 3PL integrations can extend that, and we tell you upfront.
+Do I get ongoing support and updates?
Yes. The one-time build fee covers delivery and an initial support window for fixes and configuration tweaks. Beyond that, optional care plans cover Shopify API version migrations, new features, monitoring, and priority support. These are quoted separately so you only pay for the level of ongoing care you want.
+Will recurring charges go through Shopify Payments?
Yes. The app is built on Shopify's native Subscription APIs (SubscriptionContract and SubscriptionBillingAttempt), so recurring billing runs through Shopify checkout and Shopify Payments.
