The Singapore InvoiceNow (Peppol) Connector is a build-to-order Shopify app that lets GST-registered Singapore merchants and government suppliers issue and transmit Peppol-based InvoiceNow e-invoices straight from their store — no manual re-keying into a separate portal.

This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds the connector against your store, installs it as a custom (unlisted) Shopify app, configures it to your GST setup and Peppol Access Point, and supports it after go-live. You get software that fits your tax codes, numbering rules, and recipient list rather than a generic template.

How it works. The app subscribes to Shopify orders/paid and orders/fulfilled webhooks and reads order, customer, and line-item data through the Admin GraphQL API. Each order is mapped into a structured Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 / InvoiceNow document — GST line and summary tax mapping, supplier and buyer UEN/identifiers, currency, and IMDA-required fields. The document is handed to your nominated Peppol Access Point for transmission across the InvoiceNow network to B2G (government) and B2B recipients. Invoice identity, source order, and transmission status are stored on the order via Shopify metafields so your team has a clear audit trail inside Admin.

What it does not do. It does not invent a tax engine or replace your accounting system, and it does not file GST returns for you. It produces compliant structured invoices and moves them onto the Peppol network reliably.

Is this an instant App Store download?

No. This is a build-to-order connector. ECOSIRE scopes your GST setup, catalog, and recipient mix, then builds, installs, and configures the app as a custom (unlisted) Shopify app for your store. You are buying a built-and-installed solution, not a self-serve template.

How long does delivery take after I purchase?

After purchase we begin with a short scoping call to confirm your UEN, GST codes, Peppol Access Point, and numbering rules. A typical build, staging test, and go-live runs about 2 to 4 weeks depending on catalog complexity and how quickly Access Point details and sample recipients are available. We confirm a firm timeline in writing once scope is agreed.

What about ongoing support and updates?

Every build includes an agreed post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help. As Shopify APIs and IMDA / Peppol BIS specifications evolve, we offer ongoing maintenance so your transmissions stay compliant. Support and update terms are stated up front before work begins — no surprises.

Do I need my own Peppol Access Point?

Yes. InvoiceNow transmission goes through an accredited Peppol Access Point. The connector integrates with the Access Point you nominate. If you do not have one yet, we can advise on selecting one as part of scoping, but the Access Point service itself is contracted separately by you.

Does this file my GST returns or replace my accounting system?

No. The connector generates compliant structured InvoiceNow e-invoices from your Shopify orders and transmits them over Peppol. It does not file GST F5 returns and does not replace your accounting or ERP system. It can sit alongside them and feed clean invoice data into your existing process.
