Shiprocket India Multi-Courier Shipping for Shopify is a build-to-order private Shopify app that wires your store directly into the Shiprocket aggregator so a single dashboard reaches 25+ Indian couriers (Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, XpressBees, DTDC, India Post and more) without you stitching APIs together yourself.

This is not an instant App Store download. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds the app against your specific store, theme, courier mix and warehouse setup, installs it as a custom (unlisted) Shopify app on your store, and hands it over with documentation. Typical delivery is 7–12 business days depending on scope.

Once live, the app listens to Shopify orders/create and orders/fulfilled webhooks, reads order, address and line-item data via the Admin GraphQL API, and pushes shipments to Shiprocket. It auto-picks the cheapest or fastest serviceable courier by pincode using Shiprocket's serviceability and rate APIs, then writes the AWB, courier name and tracking URL back onto the Shopify fulfillment so customers see real tracking in their account and notification emails.

Operationally heavy India-specific flows are first-class: NDR (Non-Delivery Report) handling, RTO (Return-to-Origin) tracking, and COD remittance reconciliation are surfaced in an embedded admin built with Shopify App Bridge + Polaris. Multi-warehouse stores get multi-location inventory awareness so the correct pickup location is chosen, and product weight/dimension data is read from variants and metafields.

Because it is your own private app using OAuth scopes you approve, your data never enters a shared multi-tenant pool. ECOSIRE provides the source, the install, and a support window. You will need an active Shiprocket account — the app integrates with it, it does not replace it.
