Pakistan runs on JazzCash, but Shopify's native payment lineup doesn't offer it — leaving merchants stuck with manual bank transfers, cash-on-delivery abandonment, or expensive workarounds. This is a build-to-order integration: ECOSIRE develops, installs and configures a JazzCash gateway specifically for your store. It is not an instant Shopify App Store download — we build it for your account and hand it over working, then support it.

We connect your store to JazzCash using their merchant API, registering your Merchant ID, password and integrity-hash salt so transactions are signed and verified on every call. At checkout your customer is taken through a secure hosted/redirect flow to JazzCash, pays via mobile wallet or card in PKR, and is returned to a confirmed Shopify order. We wire the JazzCash payment-notification callback to a server endpoint that validates the response hash and then drives the Shopify order state — registering captured payments through the Admin GraphQL API so paid orders appear correctly in your admin, trigger your fulfillment workflow, and fire your existing order webhooks.

The build includes refund handling (initiated from a controlled flow against JazzCash), failed/cancelled-payment recovery so abandoned attempts don't create phantom orders, and clean PKR currency presentation. We store the transaction reference on the order via metafields for reconciliation against your JazzCash settlement reports.

Because every Shopify plan, theme and checkout configuration differs, we scope your exact setup first. You get a working integration on your live store, documented handover, and a support window. Stripe, Shopify Payments and JazzCash's own terms still apply — we build the bridge, you hold the JazzCash merchant relationship.

关于JazzCash Payment Gateway for Shopify的常见问题

How long until the JazzCash gateway is live on my store?

This is built-to-order, so it is not an instant download. Typical delivery is about 1–2 weeks from when we have your JazzCash merchant credentials (Merchant ID, password, secure-hash salt) and Shopify collaborator access. We scope your specific plan and theme first, build and test against JazzCash's environment, then install on your live store and hand it over working.

Do I need my own JazzCash merchant account?

Yes. ECOSIRE builds the integration, but the JazzCash merchant relationship, account approval, fees and settlement are between you and JazzCash. Once you have an approved merchant account we connect it to your Shopify store using the credentials JazzCash issues you.

What happens after delivery — do I get support and updates?

Yes. Every build includes a post-delivery support window for fixes, configuration help and troubleshooting. If JazzCash changes their API or your store configuration changes, we offer ongoing maintenance so the integration keeps working. Because it's custom-built for your store, you're not waiting on a third-party app developer's release schedule.

Does this use Shopify's checkout or redirect customers away?

Customers go through a secure hosted/redirect flow to JazzCash to enter payment details, then return to a confirmed Shopify order. Sensitive payment data is entered on JazzCash's side, not stored in your store. The order is only marked paid after our server validates JazzCash's signed callback response.

Will refunds and order automations still work?

Yes. Refunds are initiated against JazzCash and the matching Shopify order is updated. Because we register the captured payment through the Admin GraphQL API, your normal order webhooks fire — so fulfillment, confirmation emails and analytics automations continue to work as they do for any other paid order.

Can you also add other Pakistani payment methods like Easypaisa?

Yes. We build similar integrations for other local gateways. If you need Easypaisa, bank-transfer rails or a multi-gateway checkout alongside JazzCash, tell us during scoping and we'll quote it as part of or separate from this build.
