HyperPay Payment Gateway for Shopify connects your Shopify store to the HyperPay payment rails so KSA and UAE merchants can charge mada, local and international GCC cards, Apple Pay and STC Pay without forcing buyers onto a generic, USD-only checkout.
This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant App Store download. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds the connector against the HyperPay COPYandPAY / Server-to-Server API, registers it on your Shopify store, and hands it over working. You supply your HyperPay entityId and access token; we wire the rest.
Because Shopify reserves first-party gateway slots for its own program, your HyperPay integration is delivered using the model that fits your store: a Checkout/Order workflow app (an embedded Shopify app using OAuth and the Admin GraphQL API), or a hosted payment page redirect from cart to HyperPay and back via signed webhook. We confirm the right approach with you before building.
What you get is honest and concrete: tokenized card capture, 3-D Secure support, authorize-then-capture and instant-sale flows, partial and full refunds, multi-currency pricing (SAR, AED, USD and more), and optional card-on-file tokenization for recurring charges. Transactions are reconciled back into Shopify orders via webhooks and stored against order metafields for audit. Every build ships with sandbox and live modes so you can test end-to-end before going live.
You are never left with a black box. ECOSIRE installs it, runs test transactions with you, documents the configuration, and supports it after launch. Pricing, fees and settlement remain entirely between you and HyperPay — we build the bridge, not the merchant account.

关于HyperPay Payment Gateway for Shopify的常见问题
How long does delivery take after I order?
This is a build-to-order integration, so it is not an instant download. A standard HyperPay connector typically takes about 5 to 10 business days from the point we receive your HyperPay entityId, access token and Shopify collaborator access. We confirm a firm timeline with you at kickoff; multi-currency, recurring tokenization or unusual checkout requirements can extend it slightly.
Do you provide ongoing support and updates after launch?
Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support window for fixes and configuration adjustments, and ECOSIRE remains the team that maintains it. If HyperPay changes its API or you need new features (additional currencies, recurring charges, capture changes), we handle the update under a support or change-request arrangement rather than leaving you with an unmaintained black box.
Do I need my own HyperPay merchant account?
Yes. We build the integration, not the merchant relationship. You sign up with HyperPay directly and supply your entityId and access token for both sandbox and live. Pricing, transaction fees, KYC and settlement timing are agreed entirely between you and HyperPay — those terms never pass through ECOSIRE.
Is this an official Shopify App Store app I just install?
No. Shopify restricts first-party gateway slots to its own payments program, so a HyperPay integration is delivered as a custom build on your store — either an embedded Shopify app using OAuth and the Admin GraphQL API, or a hosted-payment-page redirect from cart to HyperPay and back via signed webhook. We pick the right model with you and install it; there is no public App Store listing to self-serve.
Is card data secure and PCI-conscious?
Card details are captured through HyperPay's COPYandPAY widget or hosted page, so raw card numbers are tokenized by HyperPay and never stored on your Shopify store or our infrastructure. The integration moves tokens and transaction references, not PANs, and 3-D Secure / OTP authentication runs inside the HyperPay flow.
