Because it's built to order, the report definitions are yours: pick exact columns, include metafields (order, product, variant or customer), respect multi-location inventory, and apply filters so each export is already segmented — paid orders only, a single location, a date window, a sales channel, a tag.
Every run is logged. You get a run history with row counts and status, and failure alerts by email if a delivery fails or the API returns an error, so a broken feed never goes unnoticed for a week.

No — and we're upfront about that. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your exact reports, fields and destinations, builds the app, installs it on your store via OAuth, and tests every scheduled job before handover. There is no public App Store listing to self-install.
Typical turnaround is about 1 to 2 weeks from the point we've confirmed your report specs and received access to your destinations (Google account, SFTP credentials, etc.). A single straightforward orders-to-email job can be faster; many reports with metafields and several destinations sit at the longer end. We confirm a firm timeline during the scoping call.
Every run is recorded in a run-history view with status and row counts. If a Shopify API call errors or a destination delivery fails (e.g. an expired SFTP credential or a revoked Google token), the app sends a failure alert by email to your chosen recipients with the error reason, so the issue is caught immediately rather than discovered weeks later.
Yes. The app is supported by ECOSIRE after install. We handle changes such as adding columns, new destinations, adjusting schedules, or adapting to Shopify Admin API version updates. Support and update terms are agreed at handover; we don't leave you with an unmaintained script.
