If your team is still logging into Shopify Admin every Monday to manually export an orders CSV, paste it into a spreadsheet, and email it to finance — this app ends that ritual. Scheduled Reports & Data Export Scheduler is a private Shopify app that ECOSIRE designs, builds and installs specifically for your store, then keeps running for you.
It connects to your store through the Admin GraphQL API with a scoped OAuth grant (typically read_orders, read_products, read_inventory, plus any custom scopes your reports need). On the schedule you define — hourly, daily, weekly, or a precise cron expression in your store's timezone — it pulls the data, builds a CSV or Excel file, and delivers it to wherever your downstream systems live: an email inbox, a Google Sheet (appended or overwritten), a Google Drive folder, or an FTP/SFTP endpoint your ERP, 3PL or accounting platform watches.
Because it's built to order, the report definitions are yours: pick exact columns, include metafields (order, product, variant or customer), respect multi-location inventory, and apply filters so each export is already segmented — paid orders only, a single location, a date window, a sales channel, a tag.
Every run is logged. You get a run history with row counts and status, and failure alerts by email if a delivery fails or the API returns an error, so a broken feed never goes unnoticed for a week.
This is honest build-to-order: there is no instant App Store install. After purchase ECOSIRE scopes your exact reports and destinations, builds the app, installs it on your store, and supports it. You own the spec; we own the engineering.

Is this an instant download from the Shopify App Store?
No — and we're upfront about that. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your exact reports, fields and destinations, builds the app, installs it on your store via OAuth, and tests every scheduled job before handover. There is no public App Store listing to self-install.
How long does delivery take after I buy?
Typical turnaround is about 1 to 2 weeks from the point we've confirmed your report specs and received access to your destinations (Google account, SFTP credentials, etc.). A single straightforward orders-to-email job can be faster; many reports with metafields and several destinations sit at the longer end. We confirm a firm timeline during the scoping call.
What happens if a scheduled export fails?
Every run is recorded in a run-history view with status and row counts. If a Shopify API call errors or a destination delivery fails (e.g. an expired SFTP credential or a revoked Google token), the app sends a failure alert by email to your chosen recipients with the error reason, so the issue is caught immediately rather than discovered weeks later.
Do you provide ongoing support and updates?
Yes. The app is supported by ECOSIRE after install. We handle changes such as adding columns, new destinations, adjusting schedules, or adapting to Shopify Admin API version updates. Support and update terms are agreed at handover; we don't leave you with an unmaintained script.
Can it include metafields and respect multiple inventory locations?
Yes. Because the report definitions are custom, we can surface order, product, variant or customer metafields as named columns, and export inventory quantities (on-hand, available, committed) broken out per location for multi-location stores.
Where can the exports be delivered?
Email (as a CSV/Excel attachment), Google Sheets (appended or overwritten), a Google Drive folder, or an FTP/SFTP server your ERP, 3PL or accounting system polls. A single scheduled job can target more than one destination if needed.
