Running Shopee storefronts across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan means juggling one Seller Center per country, each with its own currency, tax rules, listing catalogue and logistics channels. The Shopee Marketplace Connector (SEA) closes that gap by making Odoo the single operational backbone for every shop you run — orders flow in, listings publish out, stock and price stay aligned, and Shopee Logistics (SLS) shipments and labels are handled without leaving Odoo.
Sales-order import: pulls Shopee orders per shop and normalizes them into native Odoo sale.order records with buyer, address, SKU lines, taxes and buyer-paid shipping mapped correctly.
Order-status writeback: pushes fulfilment, ready-to-ship, tracking and cancellation states back to Shopee Seller Center so marketplace and Odoo stay in lockstep.
Product/listing publication: creates and updates Shopee listings from Odoo product templates and variants, including titles, attributes, images, variations and category mapping per region.
Per-shop inventory sync: pushes Odoo on-hand/forecasted quantities to each Shopee shop with configurable buffer stock and warehouse-to-shop binding to prevent overselling across countries.
Per-shop price sync: publishes shop-specific and currency-specific prices, promotions and price lists, so the same product can carry different pricing in SG, MY, ID, TH, PH, VN and TW.
Shopee Logistics (SLS) integration: books shipments, retrieves shipping documents/airway-bill labels, and syncs channel selection and pickup/drop-off details directly inside Odoo.
This is a BUILD-TO-ORDER Odoo module. It is not an existing apps.odoo.com download you install in minutes. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports the connector for your specific Shopee footprint — your countries, your shops, your warehouse layout, your accounting configuration. We scope your exact Shopee Open Platform region hosts and app credentials, map your shop catalogue to Odoo products, and hand you a working, documented, supported integration in a typical 2-4 week window.
Under the hood the module is engineered the way a maintainable Odoo app should be. Every Shopee shop is a first-class Odoo record with its own res.company/warehouse and currency binding. Incoming orders are imported and normalized into standard sale.order documents through dedicated models that extend models.Model, with computed fields declared via @api.depends so escrow amounts, commissions and buyer-paid shipping reconcile correctly. Access is governed by ir.model.access.csv plus record rules so operators only see the shops assigned to them, and every sync writes an audit trail you can inspect. Publication, price/stock push and order pulls run as scheduled automated actions (ir.cron), while the Shopee Open Platform REST APIs are wrapped in a resilient client that respects Shopee's per-region signing, token refresh and rate limits. Views are delivered as clean XML/OWL, and you get QWeb pack-slip and reconciliation reports tailored to Shopee's order model.
The connector supports Odoo 17, 18 and 19 on both Community and Enterprise, and is delivered as a proper addon with a versioned __manifest__.py, source you own, and a migration-safe upgrade path. After go-live you are not on your own: ECOSIRE ships documentation, trains your team, and covers a defined support and warranty window so the first real Shopee sales cycles run clean.
A SEA merchant running Shopee storefronts in several countries who is tired of logging into one Seller Center per region. They need one Odoo view of every order, stock level and payout across SG, MY, ID, TH, PH, VN and TW without manual re-keying.
The person responsible for getting orders shipped on time. They need Shopee orders to land in Odoo as sale.orders automatically, SLS labels printed in-app, and tracking/status pushed back to Shopee so SLA metrics and buyer expectations are met.
Responsible for reconciling Shopee escrow payouts against actual sales. They need commissions, service fees and buyer-paid shipping captured as computed fields so the numbers tie out to Odoo accounting instead of living in spreadsheets.
A brand expanding from one Shopee shop into new countries. They want an integration that already supports multi-region, multi-shop from day one so opening a new market is a configuration step, not a re-build.

| 标准 | 伊科西尔 | 定制建造 | 竞争对手 | 奥杜本机 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Multi-region, multi-shop Shopee support (SG/MY/ID/TH/PH/VN/TW) in one Odoo instance | 包含 | Possible but you design and maintain the whole region/credential architecture yourself | Often single-region or limited shop count; extra shops/regions may cost more or be unsupported | |
| Shopee Logistics (SLS) shipment + label sync inside Odoo | 包含 | Only if you build the SLS API integration from scratch | Varies — some cover it, some stop at order import | |
| Order import normalized to native sale.order with escrow/commission reconciliation | 包含 | Depends entirely on your team's Odoo accounting expertise | Usually imports orders; fee/escrow reconciliation is often partial | |
| Built, installed, configured and tested for you by an Odoo engineer | 包含 | You resource and manage the build yourself | no — self-install; support is generic and ticket-based | |
| Fits your exact catalogue, warehouses, currencies and accounting setup | 包含 | yes — that's the point of a bespoke build, at bespoke cost/time | partial — you adapt your setup to the module's assumptions | |
| Source code ownership + Odoo 17/18/19 upgrade-safe delivery | 包含 | yes, but you also own all future maintenance alone | partial — typically licensed per version, not owned; upgrades repurchased | |
| Role-scoped security (ir.model.access.csv + record rules) per shop/operator | 包含 | Only if you implement it deliberately | partial — often global access, not per-shop scoping | |
| Included documentation, team training and post-go-live warranty window | 包含 | no — internal knowledge only, no external warranty | partial — docs exist; hands-on training/warranty usually not included | |
| Time and cost to first working Shopee sync | Predictable 2-4 week build-to-order delivery | Longest and least predictable — full dev cycle | Fast to install but slow to bend to real multi-shop needs |
This is a build-to-order module, not an instant apps.odoo.com download. Typical delivery is 2-4 weeks depending on how many Shopee shops, regions and catalogue rules are in scope. After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm your countries, shops, warehouses and accounting setup, register/verify your Shopee Open Platform credentials, then build, install and test on your Odoo instance before go-live. You get progress checkpoints throughout, not a black box.
You receive a defined post-go-live support and warranty window covering bug fixes, configuration help and adjustments if Shopee changes its Open Platform APIs during that period. We also hand over documentation and train your team so you're self-sufficient day to day. Because you own the module source, you can extend it yourself later; ongoing support or a maintenance retainer beyond the included window is available on request. New Odoo versions (e.g. an 18-to-19 upgrade) are supported as a migration path.
The connector is built multi-region, multi-shop from the ground up and covers Shopee's SEA + Taiwan markets — Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan. Each shop is its own Odoo record bound to the correct region host, currency, company and warehouse, so you can run any number of shops across countries. Adding a new market later is a configuration step, not a rebuild.
It supports Odoo 17, 18 and 19, on both Community and Enterprise. It's delivered as a standard addon with a versioned __manifest__.py, extends core models like sale.order and product.template rather than replacing them, and uses standard Odoo mechanisms — ir.model.access.csv, record rules, ir.cron scheduled actions and QWeb reports — so it stays compatible and upgrade-safe.
You bind each Shopee shop to an Odoo warehouse and choose whether it pushes on-hand or forecasted quantity, with an optional buffer/safety stock. Scheduled ir.cron jobs push updated quantities to each shop, and stock is decremented in Odoo the moment an order imports as a sale.order, so parallel shops draw from a single source of truth instead of stale per-marketplace counts.
Yes. The connector integrates SLS so you can arrange shipments, select the shipping channel, and retrieve shipping documents / airway-bill labels directly inside Odoo, then push ready-to-ship and tracking status back to Shopee. Your fulfilment team prints labels and updates orders from Odoo instead of switching to each country's Seller Center.
Yes. Security is enforced with ir.model.access.csv plus record rules, so a country or shop operator only sees the Shopee shops and orders assigned to them, while managers and finance get the cross-shop view. Every sync also writes an audit log, so you can trace exactly what was imported or pushed and when.
