Microsoft 365 & Teams Sync embeds the ERP in the Microsoft workplace: Outlook email and calendar two-way sync, ERP notifications and approval actions delivered in Teams, and documents linked to SharePoint/OneDrive storage. For the majority of GCC and US mid-market companies that run on Microsoft 365 — where ERP adoption rises sharply when alerts arrive in Teams instead of another inbox. Planned features include Outlook add-in showing CRM context beside emails with log-to-record actions, two-way calendar sync for meetings and appointments, Teams channel and direct-message notifications with actionable approval cards, SharePoint document library linking on ERP records, Entra ID alignment with the SSO pack, and admin consent flows that satisfy IT security review. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
