Furniture retailers live in the gap between "a sofa on the showroom floor" and "the exact sofa in the customer's fabric, delivered and assembled six weeks later." A sofa isn't one SKU — it's a frame, a fabric grade, a leg finish, a cushion fill and a set of dimensions, each combination priced differently and lead-timed differently. Odoo core gives you product.template/product.product variants and attributes, sale orders, and inventory, but it runs out of road once you need showroom quotes that price a made-to-order configuration correctly, a delivery calendar that respects two-person vans and assembly crews, deposit-then-balance payment terms, and a single view of "where is my order" that spans supplier, warehouse, delivery and installation. Off-the-shelf apps.odoo.com modules cover fragments of this, but they don't model furniture retail as one connected flow, and they leave you stitching automations together by hand.
This package is a set of custom Odoo modules we design and build for your retail operation. At the data layer we extend the ORM with dedicated models (models.Model) — for example a furniture.configuration linking selected attributes to a computed price and lead time via @api.depends compute fields, and a furniture.delivery.slot model for capacity-bounded delivery windows. Product setup uses Odoo's attribute/variant engine plus configurator logic so a showroom quote reflects the real chosen combination rather than a flat SKU. Fulfillment is driven off the standard stock.picking and mrp/purchase flows where relevant, with furniture_status compute fields rolling supplier, warehouse and delivery state into one customer-facing stage. Access is governed properly through ir.model.access.csv and record rules so showroom staff, warehouse pickers and delivery coordinators each see the right scope. The UI ships as XML/OWL views — showroom quote screen, delivery planning calendar, and a fulfillment kanban — and customer-facing documents (order confirmation, delivery booking, assembly worksheet) are QWeb reports. Automated actions and scheduled jobs handle deposit reminders, delivery-day SMS/email triggers, and stale-order escalation, and everything is reachable over Odoo's XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API if you need to feed a website, marketplace or courier integration.
Because this is built to your scope, it fits how your stores actually operate rather than forcing you onto a generic template. We target Odoo 17.0, 18.0 or 19.0 and build against your edition — most workflows run on Community, while a few conveniences (native full studio-style customization, some accounting and field-service niceties) assume Enterprise; we confirm the Community-vs-Enterprise boundary during scoping so nothing is promised that your license can't deliver.
Delivery is build-to-order. After a short scoping call we agree the exact models, fields, views and reports, then build on a staging instance, run UAT with your team, and deploy to production with a rollback plan and a git repository handover. Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed scope, depending on how much configuration logic, integration and data migration your operation needs. Pricing starts from $349 (indicative, single-company base scope); multi-company or multi-warehouse rollouts, courier/e-commerce integrations, deeper product-configurator logic, and large product/customer data migration volume increase the quoted scope. You get a firm fixed quote after the scoping call — never a surprise invoice.
Runs one or several showrooms on Odoo and needs made-to-order quoting, delivery scheduling and a single view of order status to stop the daily 'where is my sofa' calls.
Wants to build an accurate configured quote on the floor — right fabric, finish and dimensions at the right price — capture a deposit, and hand a clean order to the warehouse without spreadsheets.
Needs capacity-aware delivery slots, van and assembly-crew planning, and a fulfillment kanban so bulky-item deliveries and installations don't collide or over-book.
Already committed to Odoo and wants a maintainable, code-owned furniture package built to their process rather than a generic marketplace module they'll outgrow.
| 标准 | 伊科西尔 | 定制建造 | 竞争对手 | 奥杜本机 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fit to furniture-retail workflow | Built to your showroom, warehouse and delivery process | Fully bespoke but you define and manage every detail | Generic template, rarely furniture-specific | |
| Made-to-order configurator & pricing | Configured variants price and lead-time correctly per combination | Possible, but you build the logic yourself | Basic variants; limited configured pricing | |
| Delivery & assembly scheduling | Capacity-bounded slots, van and crew planning | Buildable from scratch at added cost | Usually absent or add-on | |
| Unified order status | One customer-facing stage across supplier, warehouse, delivery | Achievable with effort | Fragmented across modules | |
| Ownership & extensibility | Full source + git repo handover | You own it, but carry all build risk | Vendor-locked, closed roadmap | |
| Time to live | 2-4 weeks from confirmed scope | Longer — hiring and full build cycle | Instant install, but heavy config after | |
| Support & Odoo version upgrades | Post-go-live window + 17/18/19 builds | Depends on your in-house team | Varies; upgrades often paid/uncertain | |
| Total cost predictability | Indicative from-price, firm fixed quote after scoping | Open-ended developer time | Low license fee, high hidden config cost |
No. This is a build-to-order package. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports it around your specific furniture-retail workflow — it is a productized service, not an existing apps.odoo.com download. You receive installable source code for your version once it's built.
Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed scope. Simpler single-store setups land toward the shorter end; heavy product-configurator logic, courier/e-commerce integrations, or large data migrations extend the timeline. We agree the schedule with you before starting.
Pricing starts from $349 as an indicative, single-company base-scope figure. After a short scoping call we confirm exact models, views, integrations and migration needs, then give you a firm fixed quote. Multi-company, extra integrations and data migration volume increase the quote — there are no surprise invoices.
Every build includes a post-go-live support window for bug fixes and configuration tweaks. Because you receive the git repository and full source, your team can extend it, or you can engage us for a longer maintenance and version-upgrade arrangement (for example when moving between Odoo 17, 18 and 19).
We build for Odoo 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0. Most of the package runs on Community; a few conveniences assume Enterprise. We confirm the Community-vs-Enterprise boundary during scoping so nothing is promised that your license can't deliver.
Yes. The modules expose data over Odoo's XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API and can be wired to an e-commerce storefront, marketplace or courier/dispatch system. Specific integrations are scoped and quoted based on the external system's API.
We can migrate existing products, customers and open orders into the new models as a separately scoped deliverable. Migration effort depends on data volume and cleanliness, which we assess during scoping and reflect in the fixed quote.
