AI ERP Chat Agent embeds a conversational assistant in your ERP that answers questions over live data ("top 10 overdue customers?"), drafts documents, and triggers permitted actions — connecting to OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or local models. For teams that want Odoo 19-style "Ask AI" capability on Community edition, on older versions (17/18), or on ERPNext — without per-user Enterprise pricing. Planned features include a chat widget across backend views, retrieval grounded in your records with access-rights enforcement, an MCP server exposing ERP tools to external agents, action execution with confirmation steps, prompt audit logs, model switching per task, and bring-your-own-API-key cost control. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
