什么是 GCC Payment Gateway Connector (Tap)?

A NetSuite-native GCC payment gateway integration built to order: authorize, capture, refund and reconcile regional card, local debit and wallet payments against your invoices. GCC Payment Gateway Connector (Tap) — A NetSuite-native GCC payment gateway integration built to order: authorize, capture, refund and reconcile regional card, local debit and wallet payments against your invoices

What we build

  • Suitelet-hosted payment session launched from a Sales Order or Invoice so card data never enters NetSuite
  • Successful payments written as Customer Payments applied to the Invoice, or Customer Deposits against the Sales Order
  • Hosted payment links stamped onto the Invoice record and merged into transaction email templates for collections
  • RESTlet webhook endpoint on a dedicated integration role with signature verification on every inbound payload
  • Idempotent processing keyed on gateway event ID so retried webhooks cannot create duplicate Customer Payments
  • Map/Reduce settlement reconciliation posting gross amounts, gateway fees and FX differences to nominated accounts
  • Deposit creation that ties the settlement batch to the amount actually credited to the bank account
  • Refunds and reversals triggered from Customer Refund and Credit Memo records through SuiteFlow approval routing
  • Gateway charge ID, authorization code, scheme, last four digits and issuing country stored in custom body fields
  • Per-merchant-account configuration bound to a OneWorld subsidiary with its own currency, accounts and custom segments
  • Credentials held in a secured custom record using NetSuite secrets and excluded from script logging
  • Saved search and reminder queue surfacing failed, declined or unmatched payments for a named owner to action

关于此产品

The problem

Finance teams in the Gulf collect money through a regional gateway and record it in NetSuite by hand. A settlement notification arrives, someone opens the gateway dashboard, finds the transaction, works out which invoice it belongs to, creates a Customer Payment, and hopes the reference was typed correctly. Multiply that across several countries, several currencies and several merchant accounts and the aged receivables report stops being trustworthy.

NetSuite's built-in payment processing options are oriented toward North American and European acquirers. The local debit schemes that most Gulf customers actually pay with, the regional wallets, and the settlement currencies used across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan and Egypt are not represented. So payments arrive outside NetSuite, and NetSuite finds out later.

What ECOSIRE builds

This is a build-to-order engagement: we build a payment gateway connector as a native NetSuite customization inside your own account, using your gateway merchant credentials. It is not a hosted service you rent and not a pre-packaged product you download.

Payment capture from NetSuite transactions

A Suitelet renders a hosted payment session for a Sales Order or Invoice, so the customer completes payment on the gateway's own page and no card data ever touches NetSuite. On success the connector writes a Customer Payment applied to the correct Invoice, or a Customer Deposit against the Sales Order where you take money before fulfilment. The gateway charge ID, authorization code, scheme, last four digits and issuing country are stored in custom body fields for audit.

Payment links for collections

For invoices sent by email, a User Event script generates a hosted payment link and stamps it on the Invoice record and its transaction email template. Your collections team can send a link from the Invoice itself instead of dictating bank details over the phone. A Scheduled script expires stale links and refreshes them on request.

Webhooks and settlement

A RESTlet published under a dedicated integration role receives gateway webhooks for authorization, capture, failure, refund, chargeback and dispute events. Every payload is signature-verified, written to a logging custom record, and processed idempotently by gateway event ID, so a retried webhook can never create a duplicate Customer Payment. A Map/Reduce script reconciles the daily settlement batch: gross amounts, gateway fees and any FX difference are posted to the accounts you nominate, and the resulting Deposit ties out to the amount that hit the bank.

Refunds and reversals

Customer Refunds and Credit Memos raised in NetSuite can trigger a full or partial refund at the gateway through SuiteFlow, subject to your approval routing. The gateway response is written back to the NetSuite transaction, so a refund is never marked complete in the ledger before the gateway has accepted it.

Multi-country and OneWorld

Each merchant account is bound to a subsidiary, so a Saudi entity and a UAE entity settle to their own books, their own accounts and their own currencies. Transaction currency and exchange rate are set on inbound payments, and custom segments are populated so payment activity flows into the same reporting dimensions as the rest of your ledger. Where a country requires the payment reference on a fiscal document, we write it onto the transaction so the two records stay linked.

Security and operations

Credentials live in a secured custom record using NetSuite's secrets support and are never exposed in script logs. The integration role carries only the permissions it needs. Every API call and webhook is logged with its request, response and outcome, and a saved search plus reminder surfaces failed or unmatched payments to a queue your team can work rather than leaving them silent.

Who this is for

Gulf and wider MENA sellers who take card and wallet payments online or by payment link and want the cash to land in NetSuite automatically. It suits B2C and B2B operations alike: subscription and service businesses invoicing in NetSuite, distributors collecting on account, and multi-country groups running OneWorld with separate merchant accounts per entity.

How delivery works

1. Scoping call. We review your gateway merchant setup, the countries and currencies in play, your invoicing flow, your fee accounts, and how you want unmatched payments handled. 2. Fixed quote. A written scope and a fixed price, agreed before any code is written. 3. Build. Development happens in a Sandbox account as an SDF project under source control, typically one working week depending on the number of merchant accounts and the settlement mapping. 4. Install in test. The bundle is installed in your Sandbox and exercised end to end against gateway test credentials — authorization, capture, decline, partial refund, chargeback and settlement — with your finance team watching the resulting NetSuite postings. 5. Production. After sign-off the same SDF project is deployed to production, live merchant credentials are configured, webhooks are pointed at the production RESTlet, and we watch the first live settlement cycles with you. 6. Support. A post-go-live support window covering defects and gateway API changes encountered during that period.

You own the SDF project and its source. There is no per-transaction charge from us; you keep your own commercial relationship with the gateway and your acquirers.

How delivery works

  1. 1

    Scoping call

A short call to confirm the workflow, your platform version and where the integration boundaries sit.

  2. 2

    Fixed quote

You receive a written scope and a fixed price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

  3. 3

    Build and test

We develop against a copy of your configuration and test it there. Typically two to four weeks.

  4. 4

    Install and support

    我们在您的实例上完成安装并交付源代码,并包含两周上线支持。我们交付的代码中的缺陷免费修复。

你得到什么

  • SuiteScript 2.1 source delivered as an SDF project you own, under your source control
  • Unmanaged bundle or SDF deployment installed in your Sandbox account and then in production
  • Custom records, fields, roles and saved searches for credentials, transaction logging and the exception queue
  • Configured mapping of gateway fees, clearing accounts and FX differences agreed with your finance team

  • Live training session for finance and collections users, recorded for later reference
  • Post-go-live support window covering defects and gateway API changes encountered during that period

这是给谁的

Accounts Receivable Manager

They match gateway settlements to invoices by hand and cannot trust the aged receivables report until the month is closed. Automatic Customer Payment application and a reconciled settlement Deposit remove the manual matching and make the AR ageing live.

Finance Director, multi-country group

They run separate merchant accounts and entities across the Gulf and cannot see collections consistently in one ledger. Binding each merchant account to its own subsidiary, currency and account set puts every country's payment activity into the same NetSuite reporting model.

NetSuite Administrator

They are responsible for an integration whose credentials sit in a script file and whose failures are invisible until finance complains. A secured credential record, a logged webhook endpoint and an exception queue give them something they can actually operate and audit.

常见问题

Is this available to install immediately?
No. This is a build-to-order engagement. We scope your gateway setup and NetSuite configuration, quote a fixed price, then build. Typical lead time is one working week depending on the number of merchant accounts, currencies and the settlement mapping. There is no pre-built download and no free trial.
Which NetSuite versions and editions are supported?
We build on SuiteScript 2.1 targeting NetSuite 2023.1 and later, with SuiteCloud Development Framework enabled. Both standard NetSuite and OneWorld are supported; OneWorld is required if you want separate merchant accounts settling to separate subsidiaries. If you use SuiteTax, tell us at scoping — it changes how the payment and fee postings are configured.
Does card data touch NetSuite?
No. Payment is completed on the gateway's own hosted page or hosted fields, and NetSuite only ever receives a token, a charge identifier and non-sensitive descriptors such as the scheme and last four digits. That keeps your NetSuite account outside the cardholder data environment. Your PCI obligations remain between you and your gateway and acquirer; we do not certify or assume them on your behalf.
Which countries and payment methods can be covered?
Scope is set by what your own gateway merchant account is enabled for. Typically that spans Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan and Egypt, covering international card schemes, local debit schemes and regional wallets. We configure the connector against the methods your account actually supports; we do not enable products with the gateway on your behalf.
What stops a retried webhook creating a duplicate payment?
Every inbound event is signature-verified and recorded against its gateway event ID in a logging custom record before any NetSuite posting occurs. If the same event ID is seen again the connector records the retry and exits without creating a second Customer Payment. Failed events stay in the log with their payload so they can be replayed deliberately.
Do you charge per transaction?
No. The price is for building and delivering the connector. You own the SDF project and source, and your commercial terms — processing rates, settlement schedule, chargeback handling — remain directly between you and your gateway and acquirer.
