This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds it as a proper module under app/code/Ecosire/SmsNotification, installs it on your Magento install (or staging first), configures your gateway credentials, and supports it after go-live. You receive a real PSR-4 module with composer.json, registration.php and a versioned etc/module.xml — not a theme hack.
Under the hood the suite hooks Magento's native event system. Observers on sales_order_save_after, sales_order_shipment_save_after, sales_order_invoice_save_after and sales_order_creditmemo_save_after detect status transitions and dispatch SMS through a gateway service contract (Ecosire\SmsNotification\Api\SmsSenderInterface). Gateway adapters for Twilio, Amazon SNS, MSG91, Nexmo/Vonage, Plivo and Unifonic are wired via di.xml so you can swap providers without touching business logic. Sending is queued and processed by cron so checkout is never blocked by a slow gateway API.
Merchants get an admin-configurable template editor with order variables ({{order_increment_id}}, {{customer_name}}, {{tracking_number}}), OTP for registration and login flows, review-reminder SMS triggered after delivery, and bulk promotional campaigns with throttling. Everything is multi-store / multi-website aware via Magento's ScopeConfigInterface, protected by dedicated admin ACL resources, and exposed over REST and GraphQL so headless and PWA Studio storefronts can trigger and read SMS state. Works on Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce; nothing is hardcoded — sender IDs, rate limits and retry policy are all configuration.

+How long until the extension is live on my store?
This is build-to-order, so it is not an instant download. Typical delivery is about 1–2 weeks from when we have your requirements and gateway credentials: a few days to build and unit-test the module, installation and connection-testing on your staging environment, then production deployment. Lead time depends on how many gateways and event types you need and your environment access — we confirm a firm date before starting.
+What ongoing support and updates do I get after launch?
Every build includes a defined post-launch support and bug-fix window covering installation issues and defects in the delivered code. Because the module is installed on your own Magento instance, you own it outright — there is no recurring license. We offer optional ongoing support and compatibility updates (for new Magento / Adobe Commerce minor versions or gateway API changes) as a separate retainer; pricing is agreed before work begins.
+Which SMS gateways are supported, and can I use a local provider?
Out of the box we wire Twilio, Amazon SNS, MSG91, Nexmo/Vonage, Plivo and Unifonic. Because gateways sit behind the SmsSenderInterface service contract and are bound in di.xml, adding another local provider with an HTTP/SMPP API is a small, well-scoped adapter — tell us your provider during scoping and we will include it.
+Does it work on Adobe Commerce as well as Magento Open Source?
Yes. The suite uses only standard framework APIs — observers, service contracts, di.xml, ScopeConfigInterface, ACL, REST and GraphQL — so it runs on both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. We confirm your exact version (2.4.x line and edition) during scoping and test against it before delivery.
+Will sending SMS slow down my checkout?
No. SMS dispatch is queued and processed asynchronously by Magento cron rather than synchronously during order placement, so a slow or rate-limited gateway response never blocks checkout or the customer's order-confirmation page. Retries and throttling are configurable, and every attempt is recorded in the audit log.
