The NetSuite ERP Connector for Magento 2 is a build-to-order integration that ECOSIRE designs, codes, installs and maintains directly on your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance. This is not an instant Marketplace download — it is a real engineering engagement that produces a dedicated module under app/code/Ecosire/NetSuiteConnector, wired to your exact NetSuite account, SuiteTalk/REST schema, custom fields and saved searches.
The connector establishes two-way sync across the four data domains that matter to an enterprise merchant: orders & fulfillment, inventory & pricing, products/items & customers, and refunds & credit memos. Magento sales_order_save_after observers push new orders into NetSuite as Sales Orders; NetSuite Item Fulfillment and Cash Refund records flow back to create shipments, tracking and credit memos in Magento via service contracts.
Sync runs in two modes you control: near-real-time over Magento's message queue (bin/magento queue:consumers:start) plus scheduled reconciliation via cron for inventory levels, price lists and catalog deltas. Field mapping, SKU↔item matching, multi-source inventory (MSI) stock sources, tax and currency handling are all configured to your business rules — not a fixed template.
Because it's built on Magento DI (di.xml), plugins/interceptors, observers and service contracts, the module upgrades cleanly and respects your existing customizations. Admin controls live behind proper ACL resources so your team can monitor sync logs, retries and the dead-letter queue from the Magento admin. Is this an instant download from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace?
No. This is a build-to-order engagement. ECOSIRE writes the module specifically for your NetSuite account and Magento install, configures it to your business rules, installs it, and supports it. There is no one-click Marketplace purchase — and that's deliberate, because a generic connector rarely matches a real NetSuite configuration.
What ongoing support and updates do we get?
Each build includes a defined support and bug-fix window after go-live, covering sync failures, mapping adjustments and compatibility with your current Magento/NetSuite versions. Beyond that window we offer optional retainer support for new Magento releases, NetSuite schema changes, and added sync entities. You keep the source code either way.
Does it work with both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce?
Yes. The module is built on standard Magento framework primitives — DI (di.xml), plugins/interceptors, observers, service contracts, the message queue and cron — so it runs on both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. On Adobe Commerce we can also integrate with B2B company accounts and shared catalogs where relevant.
Can we control what syncs and how often?
Yes. You choose which entities sync (orders, inventory, prices, items, customers, refunds) and in which mode. Near-real-time syncs run over the Magento message queue; periodic reconciliation (inventory levels, price lists, catalog deltas) runs on cron schedules you set. Everything is configurable from the ACL-gated admin without redeploying code.
How does it handle Magento Multi-Source Inventory?
NetSuite locations and bins are mapped to Magento MSI stock sources, with configurable safety buffers so you don't oversell. Stock changes flow from NetSuite to the correct Magento source, and the salable-quantity recalculation is respected. If you run a single source, it works there too.
