Mirakl powers the marketplaces behind some of the world's largest retailers, and each operator (Macy's, Best Buy, Decathlon, and others) exposes the same Mirakl Marketplace API surface — MCI (catalog), OF (offers), OR (orders), and PM (payments/reporting). This extension turns that consistency into one reusable connector for Magento 2 (Open Source) and Adobe Commerce, so you onboard a new operator by adding credentials and a mapping profile rather than building a new integration from scratch.

The module is delivered as proper Magento 2 code under app/code/Ecosire/MiraklConnect. It wires its services through di.xml, uses service contracts and repositories for catalog/offer/order data, and runs synchronization through Magento cron jobs (crontab.xml) with queue consumers for high-volume operators. Plugins/interceptors and observers hook into stock, price, and order lifecycle events so your existing Magento workflows — inventory (including MSI source/stock assignment), pricing, and fulfillment — stay the source of truth. A dedicated admin section with full ACL (acl.xml) gives you per-operator credentials, catalog/offer push controls, order import logs, and a multi-operator dashboard. Order data flows into native Magento sales documents; shipments, carrier codes, and tracking are pushed back to each Mirakl operator via OR endpoints.

This is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds the connector to your exact catalog structure, attribute set, and the specific Mirakl operators you sell on, then installs it on your environment and supports it. Mirakl attribute and category mapping is configured to each operator's value lists, and we validate end-to-end against the operator's sandbox before go-live.

Is this an instant download from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace?

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds the connector for your specific Magento or Adobe Commerce version, catalog structure, and the exact Mirakl operators you sell on, then installs it on your environment. You receive the full source as a composer-installable package with Git access — there is no instant Marketplace download or hidden license server.

How long does delivery take?

A typical single-operator build is delivered in about 2 to 3 weeks, and multi-operator scopes in roughly 3 to 5 weeks, depending on how many operators, the complexity of your attribute and category mapping, and sandbox access from each Mirakl operator. We confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call and validate end-to-end against the operator sandbox before go-live.

What does ongoing support and updates include?

Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility maintenance as Magento/Adobe Commerce and the Mirakl Marketplace API evolve. Because you own the source, your team can extend it freely. We also offer an optional ongoing maintenance agreement for adding new Mirakl operators, mapping changes, and version upgrades after the initial window.

Can one connector really serve multiple Mirakl marketplaces?

Yes. All Mirakl-operated marketplaces share the same Mirakl Marketplace API surface (MCI, OF, OR, PM), so the core connector is reused across operators. Each operator gets its own configuration profile — API key, shop ID, currency, locale, and an attribute/category mapping tuned to that operator's value lists. Adding a new operator is a configuration and mapping task, not a new integration.

Will it work with my inventory and pricing setup, including MSI?

Yes. The connector is MSI-aware: salable quantity is sourced from the stocks and sources you assign, and reservations are respected when orders are imported. Pricing and stock stay driven by Magento as the source of truth via plugins and observers on the relevant lifecycle events, and offers are pushed to each operator from that data on a cron and queue schedule.
