It has no concept of a bin, aisle, rack or zone, no mobile picking workflow, and no native bridge to your ERP or carrier. This extension is the WMS layer that fills that gap.

On the floor, staff use a mobile-optimised picking and putaway app (barcode/QR scan) that talks to dedicated REST endpoints, with wave, batch and zone picking and directed putaway. Admin screens are governed by granular ACL resources under Ecosire_Wms::*, and background reconciliation, cycle counts and ERP syncs run on Magento cron.
