Barcode Pick & Pack Verification for Magento 2 closes the most expensive gap in high-volume fulfillment: the moment a picker grabs the wrong SKU and it ships anyway. This extension makes the barcode scan a hard requirement — an order line cannot be marked picked or packed until the scanned barcode matches the expected SKU, so mis-ships are blocked at the source instead of caught (or not) after dispatch.
It ships as a proper Magento 2 module under app/code/Ecosire/PickPackVerification, wired through dependency injection (di.xml), service contracts, and observers on sales_order_shipment_save_before so verification state is enforced in the same flow that creates the shipment — not bolted on as a cosmetic UI. A mobile/tablet warehouse interface runs on the Magento backend with its own admin ACL resource, optimized for handheld scanners and gloved thumbs on the floor.
