HyperPay is one of the most widely used acquirers across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, but Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce has no native HyperPay integration. Off-the-shelf Marketplace extensions are generic, rarely keep pace with HyperPay's COPYandPAY widget changes, mada routing rules and Apple Pay domain verification, and almost never fit a store that already has a customized checkout. ECOSIRE builds this gateway to order for your exact instance.
This is not an instant download. After purchase, our engineers build a dedicated payment module under app/code/Ecosire/HyperPay, wire it into Magento's payment service contracts, and deliver it ready to run on your Open Source or Adobe Commerce store. We then install it on your staging environment, configure your HyperPay entity IDs and brands, and hand over a tested gateway.
What's actually built
The module implements Magento's PaymentMethodInterface and gateway command pool (CommandPoolInterface, authorize/capture/void/refund), registers via di.xml, and exposes admin settings through a system.xml configuration section with proper ACL. The storefront uses HyperPay's COPYandPAY hosted widget so raw PAN data never touches your server, keeping you in SAQ A scope. A webhook/notification controller and a Magento\Sales\Model\Order\Payment flow reconcile asynchronous results, and vault integration stores HyperPay registration tokens for one-click and recurring charges.
Brands supported in the build: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, plus installment/BNPL routing to HyperPay-supported plans. Refunds and voids are issued directly from the Magento admin order view, with every gateway call written to a dedicated log for support.
You get clean, upgrade-safe code (plugins/interceptors and observers instead of core edits), test entity-ID config for sandbox, and a documented go-live checklist for moving to your live HyperPay credentials.

+How long after purchase until the gateway is live on my store?
This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant Marketplace download. Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days from the point we receive your HyperPay sandbox entity IDs and staging access: a few days to build and test the module against HyperPay's COPYandPAY API, then installation on your staging environment for your sign-off, then the go-live switch to your production credentials. Heavily customized checkouts or headless/PWA front-ends may add a little time, and we confirm a firm date with you before starting.
+What ongoing support and updates are included after delivery?
Delivery includes a warranty window during which we fix any defect in the integration at no charge. Because HyperPay periodically updates its COPYandPAY widget, mada routing and Apple Pay requirements, and because Magento and Adobe Commerce ship security and quarterly releases, we offer an optional ongoing support and maintenance plan that keeps the module compatible, applies HyperPay API changes, and provides priority help with refunds, disputes and config questions. You own the delivered source code either way.
+Does HyperPay card data pass through my Magento server?
No. The module uses HyperPay's COPYandPAY hosted widget, so the customer enters card details into HyperPay-controlled fields and the raw PAN never touches your Magento application or database. This keeps your integration in the lighter SAQ A PCI scope. Tokenization through Magento Vault stores only HyperPay registration tokens for recurring and one-click charges, never card numbers.
+Will it work with Adobe Commerce and with headless / PWA Studio?
Yes. The module targets both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce and is built on standard payment service contracts, so it works with the default Luma checkout. Because checkout is exposed over GraphQL and REST, we also support headless and PWA Studio front-ends; we confirm your front-end architecture during scoping so the build matches it.
+Can I issue refunds and installment payments from the Magento admin?
Yes. Full and partial refunds and voids are issued from the standard Magento order and credit-memo screens, which call HyperPay's refund/void API and update order state automatically. Installment / BNPL options are routed to the HyperPay-supported plans your acquiring agreement enables, and customers select them at checkout.
