We ship a dedicated module under app/code/Ecosire/KlaviyoOmnisendSync that hooks Magento's native event/observer system and plugins (interceptors) to capture behavior in real time: checkout_cart_product_add_after, catalog_controller_product_view, sales_order_place_after, and customer/subscriber lifecycle events. Each event is normalized through a service contract and pushed to the Klaviyo Track/Identify API or the Omnisend Events API, with a cron-backed retry queue so a transient API outage never drops a signal.

Your product catalog is synced as a structured feed — name, SKU, price, stock status, images, URLs, and the EAV custom attributes your flows segment on — refreshed via cron and on catalog_product_save_after. Customer and subscriber data flow to the right lists/segments with consent state intact, and back-in-stock hooks fire as inventory crosses zero so your "now available" automations trigger themselves.

Everything respects multi-store views, admin ACL for the configuration panel, and Magento's areas (frontend, adminhtml, crontab). It runs on Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4.x.
