WhatsApp & SMS Business Messaging connects ERPNext to the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API - not an unofficial bridge. Inbound messages are logged and can create leads automatically with duplicate prevention; outbound covers everything from property details and brochures to viewing reminders, payment reminders and receipt confirmations. Every conversation is recorded against the lead, client and transaction, with consent management and delivery status throughout. SMS runs the same triggers through Africa's Talking.
Third-party recurring costs: WhatsApp BSP / Cloud API number and per-message charges, plus SMS credits - passed through at cost.
