The PrestaShop Connector for Business Central is a per-tenant AL extension that ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports on your own Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. It is not an instant AppSource download — we scope your PrestaShop catalog, tax rules and multi-shop layout, then build and deploy a connector tailored to your data, with an honest delivery lead time.
On the storefront side it talks to the PrestaShop Webservice REST API (and your store's order/product/stock resources). On the BC side it uses AL table and page extensions, event subscribers on sales documents, and the standard Job Queue to run sync batches on a schedule. Orders, customers and invoices flow into BC as sales orders/invoices with the right customer, currency and document mapping. Products, combinations and images publish outward; inventory and price changes sync in near real time so the storefront reflects BC stock and pricing.
The extension ships with its own permission sets, setup pages, a sync log, and a retry/error queue so failed records are visible and replayable rather than lost. Multi-shop PrestaShop is supported — each shop maps to the correct BC location, dimension and price configuration. Tax and shipping rules are mapped explicitly to BC tax groups, VAT posting setup and shipping agents, which matters for EU merchants running mixed-rate catalogs.
Because it is installed as a per-tenant extension (not a shared marketplace app), the data model and field mappings match your BC tables — including custom fields — instead of forcing your business into a generic schema. ECOSIRE handles the build, the deployment to your sandbox then production, and ongoing support as PrestaShop and BC release updates.
