On the storefront side it talks to the PrestaShop Webservice REST API (and your store's order/product/stock resources). On the BC side it uses AL table and page extensions, event subscribers on sales documents, and the standard Job Queue to run sync batches on a schedule. Orders, customers and invoices flow into BC as sales orders/invoices with the right customer, currency and document mapping. Products, combinations and images publish outward; inventory and price changes sync in near real time so the storefront reflects BC stock and pricing.
The extension ships with its own permission sets, setup pages, a sync log, and a retry/error queue so failed records are visible and replayable rather than lost. Multi-shop PrestaShop is supported — each shop maps to the correct BC location, dimension and price configuration.
