The PayTabs Payments Connector (MENA) is a custom-built Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that wires your posted sales invoices directly into the PayTabs gateway. Instead of asking customers to pay through a disconnected portal and then keying receipts back into BC by hand, your team generates a PayTabs hosted payment page link from the invoice itself, sends it, and watches the cash application happen automatically when the transaction settles.

This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the connector as a per-tenant AL extension tailored to your PayTabs merchant profile, currencies, and chart of accounts, then installs it directly into your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem) and supports it. We deliver real AL artifacts: table and page extensions on the Sales Invoice and Customer Ledger Entry, an event-subscriber-driven posting flow, a secure API client that calls the PayTabs REST endpoints, and a job queue entry that polls or receives webhook callbacks to confirm settlement.
Under the hood the extension stores PayTabs profile and server-key configuration in an isolated setup table (secrets held via Business Central's isolated storage), exposes a "Create Pay Link" action on invoice pages, and writes payment status back against the document. On a successful capture it auto-applies the receipt to the open customer ledger entry and posts to the bank/clearing account you nominate. Card schemes and local MENA methods supported by your PayTabs account flow through, with multi-currency handling (SAR, AED, EGP, and other PayTabs-enabled currencies). Refunds are issued from BC and mirrored to PayTabs. Permission sets, telemetry, and an audit trail of every gateway call ship with it. You own the deployed extension; ECOSIRE maintains it.
