Multichannel sellers running Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central rarely struggle with sales orders — they struggle with the settlement. Each Amazon, Walmart or eBay payout bundles dozens of gross sales against FBA fees, referral fees, advertising charges, refunds, reserves and adjustments, then deposits a single net amount that never matches an invoice line. Finance teams end up keying it into one lump G/L entry, losing all fee visibility and true per-channel margin.
This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports it as a per-tenant AL extension deployed directly to your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem). We scope it to your marketplaces, your chart of accounts and your posting conventions during a short discovery call, then deliver a working, tested extension.
Under the hood it ships AL table and page extensions for staging settlement lines, codeunits for parsing each marketplace's report format, and event subscribers on posting routines so nothing bypasses your standard controls. Settlement files (or the marketplace REST/OData feeds where available) flow into a staging table, get mapped to the correct G/L accounts and dimensions, and post as proper General Journal / ledger entries. A scheduled Job Queue entry can run imports unattended, dedicated permission sets lock down who can post, and reconciliation pages match each net payout to its bank receipt so the deposit ties out to the penny.

Is this a download from Microsoft AppSource?
No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds it for your specific marketplaces and chart of accounts, then installs it as a per-tenant AL extension directly on your Business Central environment. There is no public AppSource listing to download — that is what lets us tailor the fee mapping and posting logic to your books.
What is the typical delivery lead time?
After a short discovery call to confirm your marketplaces, accounts and dimensions, a standard build is usually ready for sandbox UAT within about 2 to 4 weeks. Timing depends on how many marketplaces and how unusual your fee structure is; we confirm a firm date in writing before we start.
How are ongoing support and updates handled?
Every build includes 30 days of post-go-live support. After that you can take an optional support plan covering bug fixes, adapting to marketplace report-format changes (Amazon, Walmart and eBay periodically revise their settlement schemas), and compatibility updates when Microsoft ships major Business Central releases. Because you also receive the source AL project, you are never locked to us.
Which marketplaces and Business Central versions are supported?
Out of the box we target Amazon (Settlement V2 / FBA), Walmart Marketplace and eBay, and we can add others during scoping. It works on supported Business Central cloud (SaaS) and on-premises versions — we build the extension against your specific BC version so the table/page extensions and event subscribers match your platform.
Will it interfere with our existing posting setup or controls?
No. It uses standard AL event subscribers and posts through normal General Journal / ledger routines, so your existing number series, dimensions, approval and posting controls all still apply. Imports stage to a review table first, and dedicated permission sets separate importing, mapping and posting so nothing posts to the G/L without the right authorization.
Can the reconciled data feed Power BI or Power Platform?
Yes. The extension can expose the reconciled settlement and margin data via the Business Central REST/OData API and optionally sync to Dataverse, so your Power BI dashboards and Power Platform flows report on the same fee-allocated, payout-matched numbers.
