Dynamics 365 Business Central ships with a strong global tax engine, but it carries no out-of-the-box understanding of Pakistan's FBR regime, the provincial revenue authorities (SRB, PRA, KPRA, BRA), withholding tax sections, or the SRO-driven invoice rules your auditors expect. This pack closes that gap.
ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports a per-tenant AL extension on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem). We do not hand you a raw .app and walk away, and there is no instant AppSource download — this is a build-to-order engagement scoped to your chart of accounts, jurisdictions and document layouts.
Under the hood the extension uses table and page extensions on Sales/Purchase documents and the Tax Setup, event subscribers (OnAfterPostSalesDoc, validation publishers) to compute FBR sales tax, provincial sales tax on services and withholding tax by section, and report objects for SRO-compliant invoices, debit/credit notes and Annexure A/C exports. NTN and STRN validation runs at the Customer/Vendor card via field validation triggers. A job queue entry assembles periodic withholding tax statements and annexure files.
Everything respects Business Central conventions: dedicated permission sets, dimension-aware postings, multi-company support, and clean upgrade codeunits so your data survives platform updates. Outputs are reachable over the BC REST/OData API for downstream filing tools or Power Platform flows, and we can wire Power Automate / Dataverse if you want submission workflows.

How long does delivery take, since this is build-to-order?
Typical delivery is 3 to 5 weeks depending on how many provincial jurisdictions, withholding sections and custom document layouts you need. We start with a short scoping call, configure and build the AL extension, validate it on your Business Central sandbox with your real data, then install to production with you. There is no instant AppSource download — every build is fitted to your chart of accounts and registrations.
What happens with support and updates after go-live, especially when SROs or rates change?
You get a defined support window with a named ECOSIRE engineer. When FBR or a provincial authority issues a new SRO, changes a rate, or updates an annexure format, we update the extension and redeploy it to your tenant. Because it ships as a versioned per-tenant extension with upgrade codeunits, updates apply without disturbing your posted data, and we re-validate against your environment before promoting to production.
Is this an AppSource app I can install myself?
No. It is a per-tenant AL extension that ECOSIRE builds and installs directly on your Business Central environment. This lets us tailor jurisdictions, posting groups and document layouts to your business — something a fixed marketplace app cannot do. You still receive the source AL project and a deployment guide so your IT team retains full control.
Does it work on Business Central cloud (SaaS) and on-premises?
Yes. The extension is written in AL against the standard Business Central object model, so it deploys on cloud SaaS tenants and on-premises installations. For on-prem we coordinate with your IT team on the deployment and upgrade process; for SaaS we install via your admin center and sandbox-to-production promotion.
Can the tax data feed our filing or reporting tools?
Yes. Tax registers, withholding statements and annexure data are available through the Business Central REST/OData API, and we can optionally wire Power Automate and Dataverse for review-and-submit workflows. This means you can push filing-ready data to downstream tools or BI dashboards instead of re-keying it.
