Under the hood it implements both JazzCash flows: hosted (page-redirect) checkout where the buyer completes payment on JazzCash and returns, and direct API checkout where the wallet/card form is handled in-context. Every transaction is reconciled with a server-to-server verification call plus an IPN / return-hash check, so order status never depends on the browser redirect alone — a dropped connection won't leave you with a paid order stuck on pending.
The gateway is built HPOS-aware (WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) and falls back cleanly to the legacy post-based order store.
