After purchase, ECOSIRE schedules a short kickoff, collects your Easypaisa merchant credentials and Shopify store access, then builds, installs and tests the integration. Most stores go live within 5–10 business days of receiving your credentials and access; complex checkout setups may take a little longer, and we tell you upfront.

Yes. The USD 249 build fee includes a post-launch support window for fixes related to the integration we built, plus a documented handover. If Easypaisa or Shopify changes their APIs and breaks the flow, ECOSIRE maintains the integration — ongoing maintenance beyond the initial window can be arranged as a support plan. We are the team that built it, so you are never left with orphaned code.

No. There is no instant App Store listing. ECOSIRE builds the integration specifically for your store as a custom/private Shopify app authenticated via OAuth, and installs it for you. This is why it can support Easypaisa wallet and PKR properly where generic App Store apps do not.

Yes. Payments run through a hosted secure payment page, so sensitive card and Easypaisa wallet credentials never pass through your theme, storefront or our integration code. The customer is redirected to the secure page to pay, then returned to your native Shopify order-status page.

No. The USD 249 is a one-time build, install and test fee paid to ECOSIRE. Easypaisa's own merchant onboarding and per-transaction processing fees are separate and billed directly by Easypaisa under your merchant agreement. You must have (or obtain) an Easypaisa merchant account.

Yes. We register Shopify webhooks so paid, pending and failed states sync to the matching order automatically, and we store the Easypaisa transaction reference in an order metafield for reporting and support. Admin-initiated refunds are wired to flow back through Easypaisa to the customer.
