Inbound eMAG order sync — new marketplace orders created as Business Central Sales Orders with mapped customer templates, VAT product/business posting groups and item references
AWB / courier label sync — generate and reconcile eMAG AWB (airway bill) numbers against shipments, write tracking back to the order
Outbound offer update — push price, sale price and availability from BC price lists to eMAG product_offer entities
Stock sync — map Business Central item availability (by location/warehouse) to eMAG offer stock to prevent overselling

The eMAG Marketplace Connector for Business Central is a custom AL extension that ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports on your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem). It is delivered as a per-tenant extension published to your tenant — not a one-click AppSource download — so we can fit it to your number series, posting setup, item mapping, dimensions and CEE localization without forcing your processes to bend around generic software.
The connector talks to the eMAG Marketplace API (orders, AWB/courier, product_offer, RMA, invoices) and maps it cleanly onto Business Central documents. New eMAG orders land as Sales Orders with the right customer template, VAT setup and item references. Stock and price changes flow outbound from BC item availability and your price lists back to your eMAG offers. Generated PDF invoices are attached to the matching order, and commission/settlement lines are reconciled against eMAG statements so your General Ledger reflects real net payouts. Returns come back as RMA-linked credit/return documents.
We use table and page extensions plus event subscribers (no base-app modification), a dedicated Job Queue entry for scheduled polling, structured retry and error logging, and a scoped permission set. Secrets are stored in Isolated Storage. Optional Power Platform / Dataverse surfacing is available if you run a connected environment. Everything is version-controlled and shipped as a signed .app.

Larger scopes (multiple seller accounts, heavy custom mapping, several CEE marketplaces) are confirmed during scoping and may extend the timeline. Every build includes 30 days of post-go-live support and bug fixes. After that you can take an ongoing maintenance option, which covers compatibility with Business Central monthly/major releases, adaptation to eMAG Marketplace API changes, and enhancements.
