Talabat / Q-Commerce Delivery Connector (MENA)

This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant App Store install. After we confirm your courier network is supported and you have an account, we build against your sandbox and install it on your store. Typical delivery is 10–15 business days depending on how many courier networks and delivery zones are in scope. We give you a firm timeline during scoping, before you pay.

Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help, and you can choose an ongoing support tier. Courier APIs change over time, so we offer maintenance to keep the dispatch, quoting and webhook flows working if Talabat, Careem or your fleet partner updates their API. Support is provided directly by ECOSIRE — the team that built it.

We build against the on-demand network(s) you already have a merchant or partner account with — commonly Talabat, Careem, or a regional/local courier fleet that exposes an API. Some MENA networks require a signed partner agreement before they grant API access; we confirm feasibility for each network during scoping so you never pay for an integration we can't deliver.

For COD markets, the connector records the courier's collected amount against the originating Shopify order using order metafields and status webhooks. This lets your finance team match collected cash back to specific orders and export clean reconciliation reports, instead of manually comparing courier statements to Shopify.

Yes. We configure zone and radius rules so out-of-area addresses are handled before payment, and where the courier API supports live pricing, we surface a real same-hour delivery fee at checkout based on the customer's address rather than a flat estimate. If a chosen network doesn't expose live quoting, we tell you during scoping and implement rule-based pricing instead.
