No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE custom-builds, installs and configures the app on your Shopify store, wired to your own carrier accounts and rate rules. You are not downloading a generic listing — you receive a working, configured integration tailored to your routing.

A standard build with your core carriers (for example DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex) and live checkout rates typically takes about 2 to 3 weeks from when you provide carrier credentials and requirements. Heavier customization — many carriers, complex routing rules or bespoke customs documents — adds time. We confirm a firm lead time in writing before work starts.

Every build includes a post-launch support and updates window. That covers fixes, adjustments to your rate rules, adding carriers, and keeping the app current with Shopify Admin GraphQL API and carrier API changes. Longer-term support and maintenance can be arranged separately — just ask.

Yes. The app connects to your existing carrier accounts so your negotiated/discounted rates are the ones shown at checkout and used on labels. ECOSIRE does not resell shipping or mark up your rates — you keep your carrier relationships and contracts.

Real-time carrier-calculated rates at checkout use Shopify's Carrier Service API, which Shopify enables on Advanced/Plus plans (or on any plan billed annually, per Shopify's current terms). We confirm your plan supports it during scoping. If it doesn't, we can still deliver rate calculation and bulk labels in the order/fulfillment workflow.

Yes. The app is multi-location inventory aware, so the correct ship-from origin is used per order, and it generates commercial-invoice, HS code and customs declaration data for cross-border parcels where the carrier API supports it.
