WhatsApp Order Notifications & Chat for WooCommerce moves your entire post-purchase conversation onto the channel your customers actually open, using the official WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta-approved, no risk of unofficial-library bans).

This is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE builds it against your exact WooCommerce setup, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site. It is not an instant marketplace download. After purchase we collect your requirements, provision against your Meta WhatsApp Business Account and Phone Number ID, and hand over a working, supported install.

What it does. The plugin hooks WooCommerce order-status transitions (woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_thankyou) and fires pre-approved WhatsApp message templates for each stage — order received, processing, shipped (with tracking), completed, refunded. Is this an instant plugin download I can install myself?

No. This is a build-to-order plugin. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds it against your specific WooCommerce and theme setup, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site. You receive a working, supported install plus the source code — not a self-serve marketplace download.

How long does delivery take?

Typical lead time is about 1 to 2 weeks from when we have your requirements and access. The main variable is outside our control: Meta must approve your WhatsApp message templates, and your WhatsApp Business Account / Phone Number ID must be provisioned. We deploy to staging first, smoke-test the full order lifecycle, then go live.

What do I need on the WhatsApp side before you start?

A Meta WhatsApp Business Account with a registered Phone Number ID and a Cloud API access token. We can guide you through obtaining these. The plugin uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API only — we do not use unofficial web-automation libraries that can get your number banned.

Does it work with HPOS and my existing plugins?

Yes. It is built HPOS-compatible, reading and writing through WooCommerce's order data model (custom order tables) rather than assuming legacy post-meta. It is WPML-aware and multisite-compatible, and exposes its own action/filter hooks so it can coexist with shipping, tracking and CRM plugins.

What about ongoing support and updates after it goes live?

Every build includes a post-delivery support window for fixes and compatibility with new WooCommerce, WordPress and WhatsApp Cloud API versions. Because you receive the source code, your own developers can extend it too. Longer-term maintenance and feature work are available as an ongoing arrangement.

Can it send marketing broadcasts to all my customers?

It supports opt-in bulk/broadcast messaging, but within WhatsApp's rules: marketing messages require approved templates and customer opt-in, and free-form replies are only allowed inside the 24-hour customer-initiated session window. The plugin is built to respect these limits so your number stays in good standing.
