PayTabs Payment Gateway is a build-to-order Magento 2 extension that connects your Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source checkout to PayTabs, the payment processor widely used across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Gulf. This is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download — ECOSIRE builds the module, installs it on your Magento instance, configures it against your PayTabs merchant profile, and supports it afterwards.

The extension ships as a proper Magento module under app/code/Ecosire/PayTabs, registered through registration.php and module.xml. Payment behaviour is wired with service contracts and dependency injection (di.xml), the gateway command pool (CommandPoolInterface, Gateway\Http\Client) and Magento's payment_method config, so authorize, capture and refund flow through the standard Magento\Payment framework rather than bolted-on hacks. Both hosted (redirect) checkout and embedded/iframe checkout are supported, with 3D Secure handled by PayTabs.

A signed server-to-server webhook controller confirms transaction status and updates the order via Magento events and observers, so a closed browser never leaves an order stuck. Admins capture and refund directly from the order view (guarded by admin ACL resources), with full transaction records under Sales. Multi-currency routing maps Magento store currencies to your PayTabs profile.

You get clean, upgrade-safe code (no core edits), a staging install, UAT against PayTabs sandbox, and a go-live walkthrough. Because it is custom-built, scope such as subscriptions, split settlement, marketplace payouts or a bespoke saved-card flow can be added — quoted up front. 关于PayTabs Payment Gateway的常见问题

Is this an instant download from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace?

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE writes the module, installs it on your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance, configures it against your PayTabs merchant profile, and supports it. There is no Marketplace download link to purchase here.

How long until it is live on my store? (delivery / lead time)

For the standard scope (hosted and embedded checkout, 3D Secure, capture/refund, webhook, multi-currency) typical delivery is roughly 1 to 2 weeks: a staging build first, full PayTabs sandbox UAT, then a scheduled production go-live. Custom requirements such as subscriptions or split settlement extend the timeline and are quoted before we start.

What do I need from PayTabs before you start?

An active PayTabs merchant account with your profile ID and server/API keys, plus access to your PayTabs sandbox for UAT. We also need SSH/deploy access (or a deploy path) to a Magento staging environment. We never store your live keys outside your own Magento configuration.

How are updates and ongoing support handled?

Every build includes a warranty window for bug fixes after go-live. Beyond that, an optional support plan covers Magento minor/patch upgrade compatibility, PayTabs API changes, and enhancement requests. Because the module uses service contracts and di.xml with no core-file edits, it is designed to survive Magento upgrades cleanly.

Will it work with my multi-store, multi-currency, or Adobe Commerce B2B setup?

Yes. The module is configured per store/website scope, maps Magento currencies to your PayTabs profile, and works on both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce (including B2B). Multi-website payout or split-settlement logic is supported as a quoted custom extension.
