This is a build-to-order Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce extension, not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. ECOSIRE engineers, installs, and supports a custom Ecosire_Marketplace module set under app/code on your own Magento install — wired to your theme, payment methods, and tax rules — then hands you a working Amazon-style marketplace.

The module introduces a seller entity with its own service contracts (SellerRepositoryInterface), database tables via declarative db_schema.xml, and admin grids backed by UI components. Vendors register through a frontend portal, and a configurable approval workflow (driven by observers on customer_register_success and a dedicated admin ACL resource) gates who can sell. Each seller gets an SEO-friendly profile and collection page with its own URL rewrite, storefront reviews, and rating aggregation.

Sellers manage their own catalog — simple, configurable, virtual, and downloadable product types — through a restricted seller dashboard built with plugins/interceptors that scope ProductRepository queries to the logged-in vendor. Orders are split per seller at checkout via a quote_submit observer, so each vendor sees only their line items, fulfils and ships independently, and updates tracking.

Commission and payout management is the commercial core: per-seller or per-category commission rules, a ledger table reconciled on sales_order_invoice_pay, and a cron job (crontab.xml) that aggregates payable balances for export to your gateway of choice. Everything is exposed over REST and GraphQL so headless/PWA Studio storefronts and mobile apps can read seller and commission data.

Because it is custom code on your install, it runs on Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce, respects your existing extensions, and ships with the DI configuration, ACL, and upgrade scripts a production marketplace needs. Is this an instant download from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace?

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE custom-builds the Ecosire_Marketplace module set and installs it directly on your Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce instance. There is no instant Marketplace download — you receive a working, configured marketplace plus the source code.

What is the delivery lead time?

After a short scoping call we confirm requirements, then build, install, and hand over. A standard configuration typically takes around 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of product types, commission rules, and any payout-gateway or headless integration. We give you a firm timeline in writing before starting.

What ongoing support and updates are included?

The price includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility help with your current Magento minor version. Beyond that we offer maintenance retainers for new Magento/Adobe Commerce upgrades, feature additions, and security patches. Because you keep the source code, your own team can also extend it.

Does it work on Magento Open Source as well as Adobe Commerce?

Yes. The module is standard Magento 2 code built on service contracts, di.xml, declarative db_schema, and observers, so it runs on both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. We tune the install to your edition and any existing third-party extensions to avoid conflicts.

How are commissions collected and vendors paid out?

Commission rules are configurable per seller or per category. A ledger table reconciles each invoiced order and a cron job aggregates payable balances. Payouts are exported to the gateway you use — we wire the aggregation and export to your chosen provider during the build. Automated split-payment at checkout can be scoped as an add-on if your gateway supports it.

Does it expose APIs for a headless or mobile storefront?

Yes. Seller, commission, and payout data are available over both REST and GraphQL, so PWA Studio, a custom headless frontend, or a mobile app can read and manage marketplace data using the same service contracts the storefront uses.
