Über dieses Produkt
Most Odoo teams hit the same wall: standard pivot views and graph widgets are tied to one model at a time, no single pane crosses sales, inventory, and accounting, and every "just add one more metric" request becomes a developer ticket. Native Odoo boards (the spreadsheet_dashboard layer in Enterprise, or per-app graph/pivot views in Community) are useful but rigid — they can't blend sale.order, stock.quant, and account.move.line into one live board, they don't let a non-technical manager ask a question in plain language, and they force a choice between pre-built views and a spreadsheet export that is stale the moment it lands. That gap is exactly what this build-to-order module fills.
We build a dedicated dashboarding layer inside your own Odoo instance: configurable dashboard records (x_dashboard plus a x_dashboard.tile line model) that each hold a set of tiles — KPI cards, trend lines, bar and pie charts, funnels, and cross-model tables — rendered in a responsive OWL client action so they feel native rather than bolted on. Each tile is powered by a saved data source that maps to real Odoo models and read_group aggregations, so figures reconcile exactly with the underlying documents instead of a copied snapshot. Heavy KPIs are backed by stored compute fields with @api.depends, and expensive roll-ups run through an automated action (ir.cron) into lightweight summary models, so a board covering a year of order lines still opens fast.
The AI-driven exploration layer is where this goes beyond charts. A managed assistant lets users type a question — "revenue by salesperson last quarter versus this one," "which SKUs are below reorder point in the north warehouse," "gross margin trend by product category" — and it maps that request to a safe, validated read_group/domain query against models the user is already permitted to see. Crucially, the AI never runs free-form SQL and never bypasses Odoo security: every query is executed through the ORM as the logged-in user, so ir.model.access.csv rules and record rules (ir.rule) fully apply, multi-company boundaries hold, and results are auditable. Answers come back as a chart or table you can pin straight onto a dashboard, with the underlying domain shown so analysts can verify the logic. We wire the assistant to your chosen LLM endpoint (your key, your data-handling policy) or an on-prem option, and you decide which models and fields are ever in scope.
Because this is a build, it fits your reality: your KPI definitions, your fiscal calendar, your warehouse and analytic-account structure, your access matrix, and your Odoo edition. We deliver an installable module with its own __manifest__.py, migrate cleanly across 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0, and expose board data over the standard XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API if you want to feed other systems. Dashboards, tiles, and data sources are configurable by your admins after handover — new metrics no longer require us.
Build-to-order delivery works in four steps: a scoping call to lock KPIs, models, roles, and AI boundaries; a fixed written quote; the build on a staging copy of your database with UAT sign-off; then production install with a rollback plan and a post-go-live support window. Typical delivery is one working week from confirmed scope. Pricing starts from $999 (indicative, single-company base scope); multi-company consolidation, additional data sources and integrations, deeper localization of fiscal/tax metrics, and large historical-data volumes to pre-aggregate increase the quoted scope.

Für wen das ist
Operations / General Manager
Runs the business day-to-day and needs one live board that ties sales, stock, and cash together — without waiting on IT to reshape a view every time the question changes.
Finance Controller / CFO
Wants margin, cash, and receivables KPIs that reconcile exactly to `account.move` documents, respect fiscal periods and multi-company boundaries, and can be exported for board packs.
Inventory / Supply-Chain Manager
Needs reorder-point, stock-value, and warehouse-level views blended with sales velocity, plus plain-language questions like which SKUs are below threshold in a given location.
Odoo Admin / Internal IT
Owns the instance and wants a configurable dashboard layer they can extend safely after handover, with AI scoped to permitted models and no bypass of Odoo access rules.
Wie Dashboard With AI im Vergleich abschneidet
| Kriterium | ECOSIRE | Benutzerdefinierter Build | Konkurrent | Odoo nativ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cross-model boards (sales + inventory + finance) | One live board blending models via ORM read_group | Possible but you design and maintain it yourself | Usually per-app or single-model focus | Pivot/graph views are one model at a time |
| AI natural-language exploration | Scoped assistant compiling safe ORM queries | Only if you build and secure it in-house | Rarely present, or a fixed black box | None |
| Security & access enforcement | Runs as the user; ir.rule + access CSV honored | Depends entirely on your implementation | Varies; may bypass record rules | Fully enforced by Odoo core |
| Configurability after handover | Admins add tiles/metrics without a developer | Changes usually need the original developer | Config limited to the vendor's presets | New metrics need custom development |
| Fit to your KPIs and edition | Built to your definitions on 17/18/19, CE or EE | Fully bespoke but built from scratch | Generic; adapt your process to the app | Whatever the standard views expose |
| Performance at volume | Stored computes + ir.cron pre-aggregation | Only if you engineer aggregation yourself | Often live queries that slow at scale | Live pivots can be heavy on big datasets |
| Ownership & support | Full source, git handover, support window | You own it but carry all maintenance | Licensed binary; support per vendor terms | Covered by your Odoo subscription/partner |
| Delivery model | Build-to-order, staging UAT, one working week | Open-ended project timeline and cost | Instant install but generic fit | Already present, no delivery needed |
Häufig gestellte Fragen zu Dashboard With AI
Is this an app I can download and install today?
No. This is a build-to-order module that ECOSIRE scopes, builds, installs, and supports specifically for your Odoo instance and KPIs. It is not an existing apps.odoo.com download — we deliver installable source code for your version after the scoping and build process.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is one working week from confirmed scope. After the scoping call and a fixed written quote, we build on a staging copy of your database, run UAT with your sign-off, then install to production with a rollback plan. Multi-company setups or large historical-data pre-aggregation can extend the timeline, which we state in the quote.
How does pricing and scoping work?
Pricing starts from $999 (indicative, single-company base scope). We give you a fixed written quote only after a short scoping call, because the real cost depends on the number of data sources, multi-company consolidation, localization depth, integrations, and historical-data volume. The indicative from-price is a starting point, never a firm final price.
Does the AI run raw SQL against my database?
No. The assistant compiles natural-language questions into validated ORM domains and `read_group` aggregations, executed through Odoo as the logged-in user. That means `ir.model.access.csv` permissions and `ir.rule` record rules fully apply, multi-company boundaries hold, and every query is auditable. There is no free-form SQL path.
Which LLM does it use, and where does my data go?
You choose. We wire the assistant to your preferred LLM endpoint using your own API key and data-handling policy, or an on-prem model if you require data to stay inside your network. You also control which models and fields are ever in scope for AI queries via an allowlist.
What about support and updates after go-live?
Every build includes a post-go-live support window for defect fixes and configuration questions, and you receive the full git repository so you own the code. Because you get versioned source, we can quote version upgrades (e.g. moving 17.0 to 18.0/19.0) or new dashboards as follow-on work; routine tile and metric changes your admins can make themselves.
Does it work on Odoo Community as well as Enterprise?
Yes. It runs on both Community and Enterprise across Odoo 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0. The dashboard engine is our own OWL client action and ORM layer, so it does not depend on the Enterprise `spreadsheet_dashboard` feature; where an edition lacks a capability we build an equivalent fallback and note it in scope.
